My teacher of philosophy referred to his chair
He said, “You must write a composition proving it’s there”
A clever girl beside me wrote with gumption and flair
Her essay had two words and all it said was, “What chair”

She has a way with any class work she is assigned
At the rate she’s going, she might leave the teacher behind

When you finish school to seek your fortune and fame
You’ll meet lots of folks who think and do exactly the same

Yes, you can wear orange bell-bottoms at the high school prom. Be yourself. And tell that motorcycle gang to get a haircut. Be yourself. And be proud that your mother wears army boots; she's one of a kind and so are you. And don't let anyone else tell you any different. I'd say to them, “Do you know who you're referring to? That's no oidinary poisson. He knows who she is, what he wants and where she's going. You should feel privilaged to walk the same oith as that illustrious poissonage. I'm glad I clarified that for you. That'll be fifty dollars please.
